Riot Games Southeast Asia to Hold a VALORANT SEA Invitational Tournament!

Although the FPS (First-person Shooter) game developed by Riot Games Valorant is relatively new, now they have started holding tournaments for several regions, one of which is Southeast Asia.

Well, recently Riot Games Southeast Asia together with IO Esports will hold a VALORANT SEA Invitational tournament which is planned to be held on September 11 at 12.30 WIB.

Later, this tournament will feature six teams consisting of five content creators and celebrities from Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. Here is the list:

  • Indonesia: Luthfi Halimawan and Watchout Gaming
  • Malaysia: Soloz and MasterRamen
  • Philippines: GlocoGaming and Ashley Gosiengfiao
  • Singapore: Sombrero and Afiz
  • Taiwan: Xargon and Hehe
  • Thailand: Xcrosz and Badness Gamer

Not only competing for the championship title and prizes, the participating teams will also participate in charity by donating USD 10,000 to GlobalGiving’s Coronavirus Relief Fund.

This charity tournament is an opportunity for us to unite players in the Southeast Asia region through the same enthusiasm for playing and watching games, for a noble cause. The VALORANT SEA Invitational will be broadcast live in English, Chinese, Thai, Malay and Indonesian on Facebook, YouTube and Twitch.
