Futari Ecchi Manga Gets 2 Live-Action Adaptations

Company AMG Entertainment announced on Wednesday that they will be producing two live-action adaptations of the manga, titled Futari Ecchi which will air in September and September. The live-action film is titled Eiga-ban Futari Ecchi ~Love Again~ and Eiga-ban Futari Ecchi ~Double Love~.

The first film will premiere on September 12 in Japan and the second film will premiere on September 10. Toshiaki Kondo who published the films. The story of the first film will begin with their marriage and the second will tell the story of their three-year love journey.

The cast are as follows:

Hikaru Aoyama as Yura Onoda

Michinari Sasaki as Makoto Onoda

Saki Yoshida as Rika Kawada

Shka shima as Makie Sugiyama

Katsu who drew the manga Futari Ecchi or it can also be called Silk Manga, he draws this manga as his own feelings which he calls the Book of Love or the Manual for people who are in love. Katsu published this manga of his own on Young Animal and Young Animal Arashi in 1997.

In addition, in 2002 and 2014, a live-action series was launched in 2011 and 2012. Company Hakusensha published 77 volumes for the manga on December 26.
