Diorama.id – Yesterday, it was leaked that the possibility of Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII getting a remaster was revealed by insider_wth on Twitter. Now, the leak has finally come true.

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy VII, Square Enix officially announced Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion as a remastered version of the PSP game that was handled by Game Director of Final Fantasy XV, Hajime Tabata.

Unlike the remaster which took the old PSP version of the file and then sharpened it, Square Enix remade the 3D model of Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion and appeared to use the same engine as the Remake to develop the game.

However, the original story of Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII is not changed at all. In other words, you will again see how the sad scene is quite iconic after being very well built by Square Enix.

Not only the visual appearance was changed, Square Enix also did full voice over to the music changes from Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion. They will also release the game for PC, PS4/5, Xbox One/Series, and Nintendo Switch.
