As previously explained, Samsung focuses on bringing changes to the screen and chipset sector. The reason is, these two sectors are the determinants of the comfort of a smartphone when used. So, Samsung changed these two sectors so that users can better enjoy the experience of browsing, watching videos and playing games on this latest 5G Android phone.

1. Screen

Samsung realized that today’s mobile phone users need a smartphone with a screen that is able to display details and is comfortable on the eyes. So, Samsung presents a pretty slick improvement on this Samsung Galaxy A33 5G screen.

Samsung uses a super AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz. This makes quite a difference compared to its predecessor. As is known, the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G only uses a TFT LCD panel. Of course, the Super AMOLED panel is capable of delivering sharper color and detail quality than the TFT panel.

Not only different panels, Samsung also made changes in terms of screen resolution. This latest phone uses a Full HD + resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. While the old series only uses an HD + resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. This change makes the Samsung cellphone screen look more comfortable in the eyes.

Interestingly, these two products already use a scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protector. In addition, the screen sizes of the two are also slightly different. The Galaxy A32 5G uses a 6.5-inch screen and the Galaxy A33 5G uses a slightly smaller screen of 6.4 inches. Fortunately, the difference in screen size does not detract from comfort.

2. Battery

The difference between the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G and the Galaxy A33 5G can also be seen from the battery side. Indeed, both phones use the same battery capacity of 5000 mAh. However, it turns out that the charging technology presented is in a different class.

Samsung added 25W fast charging in the Galaxy A33 5G series, while the Galaxy A32 5G was only equipped with 15W fast charging. Of course Samsung’s latest 5G Android phone can charge the battery faster.

3. Camera resolution

Samsung still seems confident in the camera sector of this second cellphone. This can be seen from the specifications of the two cameras which are still the same. Samsung still relies on 4 main cameras on the back with a 48 MP main camera composition, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, a 5 MP macro camera and a 2 MP depth camera. Meanwhile, on the front, Samsung still uses a 13 MP selfie camera. This composition is enough to produce photos and videos that are sharp in color.

The difference in the camera sector is the OIS feature on the Galaxy A33 5G. This feature is claimed by Samsung to make video recordings via its newest smartphone more stable and brighter.

4. Differences in the Kitchen Runway Sector

Samsung is one of the smartphone manufacturers who care about the performance of their products. Therefore, in every Android phone made by Samsung there is a quality engine sector. This is so that every Samsung phone can be used daily or playing games.

As seen on the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, this mobile phone released in 2022 comes with a fairly fast engine sector in its class. Samsung relies on the Mediatek MT6853 Dimensity 720 Chipset. This Octa-core processor provides a fairly stable speed for browsing, watching videos or playing games.

To support this performance, Samsung added 8 GB of RAM. For graphics, this 5G phone is equipped with a Mali G57 GPU which makes the graphics quality sharper.

Looking at the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, there are a number of changes to the engine that make the performance of this smartphone more fierce. Samsung relies on the Exynos 1280 Chipset. This Octa-core processor is getting faster thanks to the support of 6GB or 8GB of RAM. For graphics, this latest Android phone is equipped with a Mali G68 GPU.

Of course, the difference in the performance of the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G and Galaxy A33 5G is clear considering that the chipset in the A33 5G uses the latest technology. Moreover, for the operating system, Samsung’s latest cellphone already uses Android 12 OS, in contrast to its predecessors which still use Android 11 OS. Samsung even provides a guarantee that the A33 series will get OS updates for up to 4 years and security updates for up to 5 years.

For storage memory, Samsung still entrusts 128GB of internal memory which is considered wide enough to accommodate work files to video files.

5. Design

Learning from several middle-class phones that already exist in the homeland market, Samsung is trying to improve the design on the Galaxy A33 5G to make it more comfortable to use. In this latest phone, Samsung presents a more rugged rear body design. This is intended to make the phone more comfortable in the hand. Unlike the A32 5G series, which uses a glass-like rear body that feels less comfortable.

Samsung has also redesigned the rear camera. In the latest phones, the rear camera is made more protruding upwards. In addition, in the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G there is a new color choice, namely Peach, replacing the Violet color in the A32 series.

For dimensions, the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G is indeed more compact with a thickness of 8.1 mm and a weight of 186 grams. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A32 5G uses a more solid design with a thickness of 9.1mm and a weight of 205 grams.

6. IP67 Sertifikasi Certification

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G does not feature IP67. This makes the Galaxy A33 5G a better Galaxy A3x series phone than the previous generation.

7. Price

When released in 2022, the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G is marketed at a price of Rp. 3,999,000 for 8 GB RAM with 128 GB internal. In 2022, the price has decreased slightly if you refer to the price in the store on line.

Conclusion

With a small price difference, the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G offers a sharp increase in the screen, engine and battery. This 5G phone is more comfortable to use considering the high screen resolution, fast engine performance and longer battery life. Unfortunately, Samsung did not change the camera sector.

Those of you who are looking for a Samsung phone with a quality camera can still choose the Galaxy A32 5G. The camera sector is still capable and similar to the A33 series. With a cheaper price, this old series is still worth having.
