3 games that are confirmed to be officially released in June 2022

Gamezero.id – Since the first two months of 2022 have seen some big games on the market, this year has gotten off to a pretty quiet start, largely due to the spate of delays that were recently announced. However, that will all change in June. This month features a variety of highly anticipated releases for every platform, from arrival Animal Crossing: New Horizons until the series returns Half-Life the long awaited.

It’s not the only big game/ coming out this month. Nioh 2the sequel to the samurai game inspired by Dark Souls even Team Ninja although it will be launched on June 13th, while the fighter PvP Ninja Theory, Bleeding Edge, landed on June 24. Animal Crossing: New Horizons (Switch) — June 20

Nintendo is making its long-awaited Switch debut on June 20 with the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This time, instead of settling in a pre-existing village, you’ll move to a desert island, where you can build a city from the ground up. The game features a series of quality-of-life improvements, including the ability to transform your island. It also takes advantage of the Nintendo Switch Online mobile app with a companion service called NookLinkwhich allows you to have text chats with other players.

Doom Eternal (PS4, Xbox One, PC) — June 20

Doom Eternal, the eagerly awaited sequel to the critically acclaimed 2022 reboot of Doom. Like its predecessors, Eternal is a shooter type game where you have to fight the forces of Hell, which this time has surpassed Earth. While the core gameplay remains the same, Doom Eternal introduces many new weapons, as well as several new traversal options. Doom Eternal is also coming to Nintendo Switch later this year.

Half-Life: Alyx (PC) — June 23

After more than a decade, one of Valve’s once-popular shooter-type games is finally back this month with the release of Half-Life: Alyx. Set between the events of the original Half-Life and its sequel, the game follows Alyx Vance and his father, Eli, when they were transferred to City 17 after the Seven Hours War. Half-Life: Alyx only playable in VR, but Valve made sure it’s a full Half-Life game, with a campaign of approx Half-Life 2. The game is compatible with various VR headsets, including Valve’s Index; if you pick up one of them at the end of last year, you can get Half-Life: Alyx free.
